Can you feel it??? Fall is in the air!!! At ACMB, we couldn’t be more excited to bust out the pumpkin gear, costumes and cameras and smack our kids in the middle of a pumpkin patch! In our humble opinion, October is one of the best times for pictures of your kids….and we want to celebrate that with y’all!
We are excited to announce Alamo City Moms Blog’s First Photo Contest! We want to see your littles dressed up for the season. Whether it’s their cutest appliqué pumpkin shirt, their adorable (or scary!) costume, their smocked bat onesie or a fun screen print Halloween shirt, we want to see those cuties! We will only run for ONE week with ONE winner, and we have an amazing prize package for the winner (details below)! So start snapping those pictures and tag them with #acmbhalloween to join in the fun!
Official contest entry pictures MUST be emailed to info (at) alamocitymomsblog (dot) com to be officially entered with the subject line “Halloween Photo”. This policy is to make sure that those of you with private social media accounts or – GASP! – those of you without them are able to play.
How to Enter:
- Email your cutest Halloween pics to info (at) alamocitymomsblog (dot) com by Noon CST on Sunday, October 27, 2013. We strongly encourage everyone to also post them on Instagram, Facebook and/or Twitter using the official hashtag #acmbhalloween
- All of the pictures received will be posted in an album on our Facebook page by 7:00pm CST on Sunday night. The picture that receives the most “likes” (in our official entry album) by 10:00pm on Thursday, October 31 will win the prize package (see more details below).
- You are welcome to tag yourself on your kids photo and encourage friends and family to VOTE, VOTE, VOTE! Remember, the most “likes” wins!
- The winner will be announced on Friday, November 1 – get your pictures ready!
Official Rules:
- Pictures should be family friendly. ACMB reserves the rights to use discretion in which pictures are posted.
- Only submit pictures to which you have the legal rights (i.e. they are your children and it’s your photograph – if it’s a professional picture, please credit the photographer in a comment and disclose that you have rights to post). By sending the picture to Alamo City Moms Blog, you are agreeing to having the image posted on social media.
- Each reader may submit only ONE official entry.
- Pictures must be EMAILED to info (at) alamocitymomsblog (dot) com, not posted to our Facebook page. ACMB will not accept pictures posted to the page as official contest entries.
- Pictures must be liked in the album on our Facebook page, not on a picture that is shared. So please be sure that you are clear with your friends and family when asking them to vote! Only album image “likes” will be counted (this essentially means your friends and family have to navigate to the ACMB Facebook page, scroll through the album and vote).
- All deadlines are CENTRAL standard time.
Winner’s Gift Basket
If your picture receives the most “likes” in the official contest album, we have quite the prize package for you filled with goodies for both you and your little ones to enjoy with a total value of over $275.00!
