It’s the most wonderful time of the year!
We had so much fun with our Halloween photo contest that we’ve decided to do it again – announcing the Alamo City Moms Blog’s Holiday Photo Contest! We want to see your littles celebrating the season. Whether it’s their cutest holiday shirt, their adorable smiles and faces lighting up at the sight of the Christmas tree, their smiling, shocked or not-so-happy faces when placed on the big guy in red’s lap for an obligatory photo op, your sweet ones lighting the menorah or spinning their dreidel, it’s time to send those photos in. We will accept photos for ONE week and voting will open up the following week with ONE winner. The winner will receive our Holiday Gift Guide prize package (details below)! So start snapping those pictures and tag them with #acmbholiday to join in the fun!
Contest entry pictures MUST be emailed to info (at) alamocitymomsblog (dot) com to be officially entered with the subject line “Holiday Photo”. This policy is to make sure that those of you with private social media accounts or – GASP! – those of you without them are able to play.
How to Enter:
- Email your holiday pics to info (at) alamocitymomsblog (dot) com by Noon CST on Sunday, December 15, 2013. We strongly encourage everyone to also post them on Instagram, Facebook and/or Twitter using the official hashtag #acmbholidays.
- All of the pictures received will be posted in an album on our Facebook page by 7:00pm CST on Sunday night. The picture that receives the most “likes” (in our official entry album) by 10:00pm on Friday, December 21 will win the prize package (see more details below).
- You are welcome to tag yourself on your kids photo and encourage friends and family to VOTE, VOTE, VOTE! Remember, the most “likes” wins!
- The winner will be announced on Saturday, December 22, so get your pictures ready!
Official Rules:
- Pictures should be family friendly. ACMB reserves the rights to use discretion in which pictures are posted.
- Only submit pictures to which you have the legal rights (i.e. they are your children and it’s your photograph – if it’s a professional picture, please credit the photographer in a comment and disclose that you have rights to post). By sending the picture to Alamo City Moms Blog, you are agreeing to having the image posted on social media or on our website.
- Each reader may submit only ONE official entry.
- Pictures must be EMAILED to info (at) alamocitymomsblog (dot) com, not posted to our Facebook page. ACMB will not accept pictures posted to the page as official contest entries.
- Pictures must be liked in the album on our Facebook page, not on a picture that is shared. So please be sure that you are clear with your friends and family when asking them to vote! Only album image “likes” will be counted (this essentially means your friends and family have to navigate to the ACMB Facebook page, scroll through the album and vote).
- All deadlines are CENTRAL standard time.
