The countdown to summer is on.
In less than a month, pools will beckon us to show our bods, and kids, home on summer break, will dance circles around us to the tune of “I’m B-O-R-E-D!”
Instant insanity? Maybe.
But it doesn’t have to be.
If you’re anything like me, a little exercise can go a long way to reducing stress and anxiety.
I know this first-hand. After having my daughter, I suffered from postpartum anxiety. I was told I had to make time for exercise despite being busy with twin three-year-olds and a newborn.
