Ever wondered what Wonderland might look like if invaded by 300 San Antonio moms for a well-deserved night out? Hosted at Central Library by Co-Title Sponsor University Health System and Alamo City Moms Blog on November 5, 2017, “Mad Hatter’s Bash: A Whimsical Night in Wonderland” was just that—a gathering of women, friends, and the making of new friends while eating, drinking, shopping, and dancing, among other things. A huge thank you to Jessica of Mewborne Photography for documenting the evening!
Designed by Tori Grant, the program was sponsored by Almouie Pediatrics and the event shirts and foil print cards featured the quote “We’re All Mad Here” on a Texas with a heart over San Antonio. A big thank you to Diversified Printing Services for printing our beautiful cards for all attendees to take home.
Walking in to Central Library, our guests were instantly transported to the land of Alice, the Mad Hatter, the Red Queen and rabbit holes thanks to the talented Pop-Up Parties and Tracey’s Fancy. Guests were treated to go-cups provided by Michelle Sasser Designs.
Co Title sponsor University Children’s Health graciously provided the awesome swag bags featuring one of our favorite quotes from Wonderland. Premium Sponsor Time Out Sitters blew us away with their creative photo backdrop, set up, and awesome party attire!
Our friends from Massage Heights set up for a night of (well earned!) massages for our attendees.
New to Moms’ Night Out, our Pop Up Shop partners brought fabulous wares so each mama could treat herself to something new.
Taking over the second floor of the library, the University Health Systems photo booth captured memories, Mary Baron’s Mary Kay team gave mom’s a glam evening look, Elite Entertainment kept us dancing all night, Max’s Wine Dive served up fabulous pork belly, Costco kept us hydrated, and BLO Dry bar styled our tresses to perfection.
Our generous giveaway partners sent moms home with an epic assortment of goodies.
Our event partners were excited to meet so many moms and we were thrilled to introduce moms to Texas Families Together and Safe, K1 Speed, Craft House San Antonio, Inwood Emergency Centers

Kneader’s Bakery and Cafe, Papouli’s, Palm Breeze, Menchie’s Lincoln Heights, Raising Cane’s, Baked Goodness, Alamo Heights Pediatric Dentistry, and Pete’s Tako House.
The Brighton Center and Randolph Brooks Federal Credit Union brought helpful information for San Antonio families.

Many attendees dressed to theme, and went all out! And some decided that simply getting to wear a cute outfit was even better.
The Alamo City Moms Blog Team had such fun planning, executing, and attending the event, fulfilling part of our mission to bring San Antonio moms—from all over the city—together for a fun night “off the clock.”
