I’m a big fan of statement jewelry! I’ve been slowly but surely adding to my ever-expanding collection and recently picked up a few necklaces and a couple of rings. Statement pieces are great. They show and enhance your personal style while making a pair of jeans and plain T look amazing and put together!
Fall and Winter are the seasons where statement jewelry really takes off. As the clothes get thicker and chunkier, so do the accessories. Rich jewel toned colors and stones come out to play and I personally can’t get enough of them!
My tip for statement pieces – try to just focus on one. If you want to layer on the bangles and bracelets, skip the rings. If you want a great eye-catching necklace, then take it easy on your wrists. Don’t overwhelm the eye and don’t weigh yourself down with too much. Pick one piece you’d like to make known and keep the attention on just that.
It’s easy to add a bit of glamour to any outfit, and especially now with all the holiday parties coming up, who doesn’t want to add a bit of sparkle to their look!
