Moms For Moms Day

One of the things we love most about Alamo City Moms Blog is the feedback that we hear from you all when you say that you feel like you’ve found a mom on our site that you can relate to or that shares your perspective. Just like you, each of our contributors is navigating these murky waters of motherhood, doing the best we can. We’ve talked about our thoughts on Mommy Wars and how strongly we feel that every mom should embrace the style of parenting that works best for them.

So you can imagine how excited we were to hear about the Moms for Moms Campaign. Today, March 4th, CT Working Moms and The Bump have partnered up to create a judgement-free mom environment and are asking moms around the globe to share their own Mommy Truths on social media using the hashtag #Moms4Moms. We want to be a part of this movement and we want you to join in on the fun!

So how can you get involved and how can you participate?

Join us today by writing out your Mommy Truths, snapping a photo and sharing on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. Be sure to #moms4moms, #alamocitymoms and tag us at @alamocitymoms (or @AlamoCityMomsBlog for Facebook). Grab your best friend, your girlfriends, a few moms from play group or a coworker! We’re all in this together and it’s time to embrace our differences.

You can also read more about the day and see some great ideas for photos here. And if you don’t want to write out your own sign, you can download these free printable templates.
