Mommy Foodie Fair: Event Recap

For those of you that joined us last Tuesday at our Mommy Foodie Fair with Dishcrawl, we truly thank you for taking time out of your busy lives to join us for a fun night with other moms. We love an excuse to get dressed up for the night and head out in San Antonio!  Here are just a few highlights of our night:

La Frite Belgian Bistro – Located in Southtown, La Frite pumped out some truly amazing munchies for the night: endive salad boats, duck meatballs, savory tarts, to-die-for mussels and a variety of tasty beverages.

Christina Welch with Stella & Dot – Many of our moms left decked out with fabulous new bobbles!  Christina was on hand with her spring and summer accessories and she did not disappoint.

Annie’s Petite Treats – Annie came fully stocked to cure any and all sugar cravings. Cookies and macaroons and cake balls – oh my! And not to mention her totally adorable teacher appreciation gifts. If you didn’t fall totally in love with Annie’s Petite Treats then you didn’t get the chance to taste their deliciousness!

We announced the winner of our Alamo City’s Amazing Mom Contest, Allison Aderholt, and had the opportunity to recognize the incredible group of finalists. And 3-Design Photography was there to capture the evening through pictures.

A huge thank you to everyone that came out to our first Mommy Foodie Fair! We appreciate those that took Dishcrawl’s event survey and are using your feedback to make our next event even better!  Keep your ears and eyes open for the next ACMB event and look forward to seeing YOU there!

Brooke
Brooke graduated high school from right here in San Antonio. After twelve years of living everywhere from Colorado to Greece, London to Atlanta, she and her husband have made San Antonio home and have become parents to their daughter and son. Brooke loves finding undiscovered activities around the city and dragging her kids along! She is a runner, an amateur cook that loves trying out San Antonio’s growing culinary scene and is actively involved in non-profit organizations in San Antonio.
