Mad Hatter’s Bash: Everything You Need to Know About Moms’ Night Out 2016

On Saturday, November 5, Alamo City Moms Blog—in partnership with University Health Systemwill host our fourth annual Moms’ Night Out event at the San Antonio Central Library. If you’ve attended one of our MNO events, you know that an amazing night is being planned and we want you to have all the details. If you haven’t had the pleasure yet of joining us for one of our Moms’ Night Out events, we want you to know what you’ve been missing!

WHEN WILL TICKETS BE AVAILABLE?

Tickets will go on sale on October 5 at 8:30 pm. The ticket link will be posted on the Mad Hatter’s Bash Event page (be sure you’re following there by clicking the blue event page button at the bottom of the post).

CAN I BUY TICKETS AT THE DOOR?

Tickets will be available only by pre-sale before the event. ACMB events typically sell out and we expect the same for Mad Hatter’s Bash.

WHAT DO I GET WITH MY TICKET?

All ticket holders are promised a night to remember!

Each ticket includes an exclusive event tote bag provided by University Health System and Event Partners will be handing out party favorsso event attendees will leave with a whole slew of goodies to take home with them.

Swag bags stuffed with goodies will be available as an add-on with your ticket purchase—but hurry! There are only 150 available.

Don’t forget to visit the Perfect Shot Photo Booth presented by University Health Systems for a custom photo to take home. Relax and enjoy a chair massage from Massage Heights Deerfield Crossing and get your brows looking thier best with Waxing the City! Grab a cocktail and join Crafthouse SA to get your craft on. Meet the team from Time Out Sitters and dance the night away with music from DJ Justin Troutwine. Plus, each attendee will each receive tickets to enter our fun giveaways (five tickets for regular admission, and 10 tickets for VIP ticket holders).

SO WHEN IS IT AND WHERE DO I GO?

Mad Hatter’s Bash: A Whimsical Night Out in Wonderland will take place on Saturday, November 5 from 7:00–11:00 P.M. at Central Library. Central Library is downtown, located at 600 Soledad, San Antonio, TX 78205. The attached parking garage provides convenient parking and we always encourage a ride-share or carpooling.

CAN YOU PROVIDE A BASIC TIMELINE OF THE EVENT?

The doors open at 7:00 P.M., and all moms are encouraged to stay until 11:00 P.M. We KNOW you will be racing to get out of the house (and we can’t say that we blame you), but we ask that you try to arrive as close to 7:00 P.M. as possible to ensure the event is set up and ready to go.

Just after check-in, you’ll visit the swag table and receive your empty swag bag to fill throughout the evening. From 7:00 to 9:00 P.M., you can visit our event partners and collect goodies at all of our partner tables, which include University Health SystemTime Out SittersThe Bra ChickHappy FamilyLove to Swim and Tumble School, Stone Oak and Dominion Pediatric Dentistry, a Mary Kay by Mary Baron make up touch-up bar, braid bar from Blo Dry Bar, Alamo Heights Pediatric Dentistry, the Cosmetic Gynecology Center of San Antonio, Spectrum Healthcare, BCFS Health and Human Services San Antonio, and more! Enjoy food from Papouli’s Greek Grill, Menchie’s, The Bread Box, and Cosmic Cakery, and beverages in your custom “go cup” provided by Michelle Sasser Designs.

At 9:30 P.M., DJ Justin Troutwine will crank up the music and get the dance party started!

WHAT SHOULD I BRING?

Your ticket covers all of your food, drinks, and activities. However, many of our vendors will have products available for purchase, so you might want to bring cash or a credit card for your shopping pleasure.

WHAT IF I PURCHASED A VIP TICKET?

If you purchased a VIP ticket to this event check in with the VIP table as you arrive to the event—no standing in line! You will have the chance to relax in our VIP Lounge, enjoy a private bar and VIP swag upgrades. Plus, VIP ticket holders can enjoy heavier appetizers and dessert and exclusive activities from the comfort of the VIP lounge.

WHAT IF I DON’T KNOW ANYONE ELSE GOING?

We want you there! Alamo City Moms Blog’s mission is to connect moms in San Antonio. The ACMB team will be in full force, ready to welcome you and enjoy the night right alongside you. If you are coming solo, please let us know when you arrive. We look forward to meeting you and introducing you to other women in our community.

Want to come but don’t know what to do with your kids? Call Time Out Sitters! Our favorite babysitting service has a number of experienced, background-checked sitters ready to keep your kids entertained while we entertain YOU!

We also encourage you to be responsible with your transportation plans to and from the event. We want everyone to have a great time, but please have a designated driver, call a cab or use your favorite ride sharing platform if you plan to enjoy a cocktail. Should you need a ride home, please let the ACMB team know, and we’ll make sure you reach your destination safely.
