I found myself struggling to get healthier after the birth of my third child. - You can’t drink enough water. Well, I guess you can, but it would be really hard to do! Water is truly the lifeline of our bodies, and by getting in the habit of drinking at least 64 ounces of water each day, I have noticed how much better I feel.
- Accountability is essential. The weekly check-ins I have with one of the awesome Ideal Weight Loss coaches are a huge factor in my success. I like knowing that each week I will get some one-on-one time with someone who genuinely cares about me and will help me figure out how to work through challenges and to manage the week ahead.
I am happy to report that Ideal Weight Loss has been a game changer for my health. Not only have I lost 35 pounds, I feel so much better.
